In August of 2017, Shane Dawson interviewed her and her audience grew to one million YouTube users. Wired UK calculated that she was earning $1,000 a day on her YouTube Channel in February 2019.

Dennis Helfer (born in Donalda, Alberta) and Elaine Helfer (born in Donalda, Alberta), were his parents. Helfer is of German, English and Swedish descent. She graduated from Stettin's William E. Hay Composite High School. The three sisters Tammy, Tara, and Trena also worked with her at the farm where she worked on her grain. While standing in a theater line, a scout for a modelling agency observed Helfer.
